BWTelcom replacing current cable system

BWTelcom is partnering with another company, Hamilton Telecommunications, to provide what it calls a more dependable, cost-effective solution for its cable TV customers.
Cobalt TV is available to customers now. The current system will be shut down effective in February; the company is working to convert its current customers to the new system before Jan. 31.
The change is spurred by the current system’s age and maintenance costs and rising programming costs, according to a press release from BWTelcom.
The release said the new service will offer improved picture quality, more than 200 channels, more viewing options and more affordable pricing.
