This year’s Wauneta Chamber of Commerce Santa Saturday will be Dec. 5. The Chamber set that date Monday during its monthly meeting.
    This year’s version of the annual Christmas kickoff event will have basically the same program as last year, with the chili cookoff followed by a  parade of lights. There also will be a Christmas movie, with a visit from Santa to follow that.
