Compliance checks held in Chase County

During the evening hours of Friday, Oct. 6, 2017 investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol conducted alcohol compliance checks in all of Chase County.
    The project was supported in whole or part by Grant #93.959 under the SAMHSA Center for Substance Abuse Prevention, Region II Human Services and the Nebraska DHHS Division of Behavioral Health.
    A total of ten businesses were checked. Four business sold alcohol to a minor for a non-compliance rate of 40 percent.
    All of the businesses checked the minor’s ID. The businesses checked included convenience stores, liquor stores and restaurants.
    The businesses that sold alcohol to a minor were: Broadway Steakhouse—Imperial, T-Junction—Imperial, Tequilas Mexican Grill—Imperial and Mr. C’s—Wauneta.
