Dueling pianos will entertain those attending the Chase County Hospital Foundation’s  2017 Gala on Friday, Feb. 3. “A Night to Remember For a Mammography Machine” will raise money for the hospital’s new 3-D machine.

The hospital purchased a new Siemens digital machine last year at a cost of $298,165. About $119,000 has been raised so far through donations and grants. A golf tournament June 10 at Enders Golf Course will also raise money for the mammography machine.

The machine is superior to the one it replaced in that it provides 93 percent higher quality, detailed imaging, hospital employees said.

The Gala will be held at the new Chase County Expo Building on the fairgrounds in Imperial.
