    A shower hosted by Leslie Lee and Michelle Harchelroad was held Saturday morning at the home of Janice Houser for Noah Sandman and his mother, Allison.
    Shelby Hamilton set a new school record in the shot put last week at the WP invite when she threw 32 feet, 7 inches. This week at the Dundy County Meet she broke that record after a throw of 33 feet and .25 inches.
    Owen Madden, son of Pat and Mary Ann Madden of Wauneta, is the recipient of the Robert G. Nordhausen memorial Scholarship. Madden’s tentative plans are to attend Northeast Community College in Norfolk.
    Elsie Becker played the piano at the Heritage on Wednesday for their sing-along.
    Barry and Renelle Mooney, Rylee and Blayzon spent Thursday evening until Sunday with Loyd and Karen Christner. They all attended the wedding of Randi Maris and Lincoln Hunter.

    Knotty and Beryl Knotwell and Carol Muths were Sunday guests of Colleen Goings and family.
    Dale and Sylvia Large and girls were Friday evening visitors of Dean and Janice Large and family.
    Sophia Nordhausen and the Joe Maris family had Easter dinner with the Loyd Christner family.
    On Monday, Janet Keiser won $25 from Imperial Lanes for picking up the 4-6-7-10 split, a very difficult shot.
    Mr. and Mrs. Lavon Haarberg, Chelsea and Benji were Easter dinner guests of Mrs. Theone Draper in Imperial.
    Shaun O’Neil of Colby, Kan., spent the weekend with the Donald O’Neils.
