    Michelle and Sydnee Harchelroad attended the high school graduation of Melisa Hunt held at the Immanuel Missionary Church and the reception at the Legion Hall on Saturday.
    Shawn Yost was awarded the Colby/Thomas County Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year award. Yost formerly of Wauneta, resides in Colby, Kan., and is currently the manager of Orscheln Farm and Home Supply.
    Sylvia Hanousek, Don and Ryan were visitors of Kenny and Diana Ham. They visited their mother, Ruby at the Heritage.
    Esther Einspahr and Laura Buffington of Wauneta were Sunday afternoon visitors of DeLores Taylor.
    Gary and Dawanna Greeley met Shelby and Sam Greeley in Kearney on Monday and brought them back home.

    Taya Gockley of Wauneta was among the students named to the Dean’s Honor List for the spring semester at Central Community College in Hastings.
