Wauneta’s Village Board has decided to keep long-term rental rates in the village’s RV/trailer park stable, at least for now.
    The decision came at the board’s regular meeting Aug. 13.
    Superintendent Bill Bischoff said rental rates in the park were increased when some upgrades were done, and he has heard interest from some construction contractors who need to find lodging for workers here for long-term stays. Those stays would range from three months to a year.
