    And as village clerk, Evelyn Skelton has a list of duties that would make your head spin.
    Those include:
    Maintaining all municipal records;
    Acting as custodian of all village funds;
    Preparing agendas and keeping minutes of all board meetings;
    Issuing licenses and permits for things ranging from construction to liquor sales, dogs and ATVs;
    Handling rentals of the city’s trailer park and Community Building;
    Handling lot sales and maintaining records for the cemetery;
    Reconciling bank statements;
