Wins tough to come by for Wauneta-Palisade at Sutherland Invite

The trip to Sutherland was a new one for the Wauneta-Palisade wrestlers. Featuring 26 teams, the meet was a tough one for the five athletes who took to the mat.
Three wrestlers went 1-2 on the day.
Hunter Miner, 138 pounds; Ethan Carl, 170 pounds; and Cody Holmes, 182 pounds, each bounced back from a first-round pin to win their second matches.
Their days ended with losses in their third match. Carl lost his third match by decision.
