Wauneta-Palisade student Reagan Skow recently participated in the All American Certified Angus Beef (CAB) Cook-Off in Des Moines, Iowa.
    The cook off takes place annually during the National Junior Angus Show (NJAS).
    Skow not only competed in the cook-off, but showed two heifers, one bull and participated in the quiz bowl category.
    For the cook-off Skow and her team of five had to prepare a meal and a five minute skit focused on promoting CAB to the consumer.
