    Vicki and Gary Grimes took Verna Sandman to the Sweet Shop for dinner on Mother’s Day.
    Margie Shackelford visited Erma Kitt at the Heritage on Sunday and took her some flowers.
    Tuesday Edie Sandman had a Bible study film at her house.
    Lois Bley visited Keith Harris this week and Eldred Cobb at Hillcrest in McCook. Beulah Harris was also a visitor.
    Amy Harris and Frances Lewis spent from Thursday until Sunday with John and Audrey Howard and their house guest, daughter Soni of Grand Island.

    Seri Sandman and Derek Ferguson were crowned at the junior-senior prom on Saturday night. Jennifer Einspahr and Luis Romero were named first attendants and Nick Patterson  and Rachelle Wonderly were selected as second attendants.
    Arnold Anderjaska, Joe Barger and Lynn Keiser attended a gun show in Denver, Colorado.
    Henry Wicke was a Saturday and Sunday dinner guest of Jack and Verna Sandman.
    Don and Ruby Ham visited Paul and Kathy Ham and Eula Ham in Benkelman on Sunday.
    Derek Wilson was a Saturday guest of the Kent Buffingtons and was Megan’s escort to the high school prom.
    Katie Barger placed fifth in the 100 and sixth in the 200  Friday at the Wheatland Invitational which was its first meet since 1989.
    Carol Kobel visited Millie Deininger on Friday.
