In commemoration and thanks for the Wauneta Volunteer Fire Department (WVFD) fire fighters, the Evening Circle of the United Methodist Church in Wauneta donated a meat, cheese and cracker platter to the department Monday, Oct. 23. The Evening Circle plans on thanking Wauneta’s EMS team and the Sheriff’s office at a later time.
