URNRD has open seats on board

The Upper Republican Natural Resources District (URNRD) currently has two openings on the board.
The seat for Subdistrict 5 opened in August when Tom Gaschler resigned due to moving from Imperial.
URNRD Manager Jasper Fanning said they recently advertised for Gaschler’s seat.
When a seat on the board becomes available, the spot is advertised, “then we wait until someone who’s interested makes an application to the board,” Fanning said. If more than one person is interested, the board would appoint who they feel is best suited for the seat.
