With its back to the wall, WP battled back and forth with the  Tigers through the third set.
The Broncos final lead came at 14-13 and DCS pulled away down the stretch of WP’s 20-25 loss.

Faith Simpson led WP with 11 kills and Haylee Sandman’s 0.267 attack percentage on 15 attacks topped WP.
DCS faced Maywood/Hayes Center Tuesday night in McCook. MHC won 3-1 over Hitchcock County. In the first round, Hitchcock County beat Wallace and MHC defeated Paxton.
