WP junior high basketball teams to take part in Maywood/Hayes Center tournament

    The Wauneta-Palisade junior high basketball teams will be in Hayes Center Feb. 3 for the Maywood/Hayes Center junior high basketball tournament.
    Besides WP and MHC other teams taking part include McCook St. Pats and Wallace.
    In the north gym, WP will play Wallace at 9:15 a.m. MT/10:15 p.m. with MHC and St. Pats playing beforehand.
    The same combination of boys’ teams will be playing at the same times in the south gym.
    Losers of the initial games will play at 10:30 a.m./11:30 a.m. and the winning teams  of the initial games  will play at 11:45 a.m. MT/12:45 CT. in respective gyms.
